This is fantastic. Next time I email Stars support, Zandi's raise will come up as well. I feel the need to point out, though, that as someone who doesn't speak English as a first language, he/she is probably getting quite a bit of help from other support members on these clever responses.

how do you know that english is not first language? she could be british or an ex pat from america right? I must admit though she does have a very british sense of humor I think.
