yep thats right. you heard right. 3 bet pre? getting stacked by Ax. no doubt about it. thats why 22-QQ and sometimes KK have turned into pure set mining hands.

Irrational thinking like that is just setting yourself up for pain. Unless you're talking about the high end of a straight flush, I will occasionally call a reasonable river bet with those.

well, you see, the funny thing is i'm serious. lagtard cold calls my 5x bb raise when i have KK. flop comes Axx. i lead, he repops, i fold, he shows A6. i raise JJ-QQ get 4 callers and flop comes AKx suited. AA, i riase PF, 3 callers. flop comes KKQ, 1st to act bets, then a reraise then an all in. i fold.

solution? limp everything and set mine. oh this isnt FR, its 6max and HU. i'm starting a setmining revolution. if i can ever actually catch a set my graph will look like <<down, down, down, SPIKE!, down, down, down, SPIKE!>>

If you're unfortunate enough to catch a set, you're hosed, my friend.

My last 17 sets: 4 wins.

I don't think that is even mathematically possible.

So, quad mining, for the win.
