Complete stupidity on the guys part. If I'm on a date/ multiple dates with someone its common practice to converse and get to know each other. It doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to chat to said girl and discover she is full of s*it, she would have no where near the level of life experience a 19 year old has. Hence she would be easy to read and alarm bells would be ringing, let alone she most likely doesn't look anywhere near 19. His life is ruined. Her life could well be ruined because of this aswell- regardless of the outcome of the case. Mass invasion of your privacy at such a young age/the nature of what happened would de-stabilise anyone.

Reminds me of my 15yr old cousin. She's a complete tool for some random unemployed 23 yr old, who she met on the internet, and has met several times- when she turns 16 she wants to move over 200miles to live with him. Logic defies belief with some people. No amount of intervention from others is going to stop them... I don't even want to think about whether they have sex/don't. (Down to my aunty/uncles woeful parenting to sort out) End of the day only an astute immoral person would make any further contact with an underage girl, after initial contact, as evidence of her not being 19 would be stark. innocent or guilty the information (of even meeting a random underage girl regularly) divulging into the public domain is massive -EV for them both.

I don't know about the other stuff but Laura bush used to live in my neighborhood (urban setting) and she damn near ran into my friend (sick brag). I have a feeling she is just a terrible driver (lol it was also at a stop sign). Everyone was obv fine I don't even think there was contact.
