you guys are smart to invest in real estate...now please don't waste all your money on things that depreciate in value like cars and other random [censored] like a fishtank. they are really expensive. crush poker now and invest wisely so you have no financial worries by the age of 30 for the rest of your life.

I strongly second these two suggestions:

(1) grand piano (these don't lose value and are incredibly classy; don't hesitate to throw 25-30k at a ~7ft steinway)
(2) tropical fish tank

fine house, huge potential, but missing some elements.

artwork: already mentioned
paint: not yet mentioned. get some f color in those rooms.
kitchen: i trust there's some fun gadgets and [censored] in there. there oughta be.

obv pluses: master suite (with the huge shower, sick bedroom), kitchen, poka room.

obv negatives: you say the sectional is comfortable, but it looks 'tarded. Im not a big fan of the 73s side by side, but i can see how others would really like it.

in sum: house should be positively sick just by taking adanthar's advice earlier.

postscript: raptor christ's place still pwns.

on second thought i could substitute small inexpensive with big expensive and it would still hold. Basically, cool stuff >> interior decorating. Of course, both would be best, but you took care of the important things first.

Seriously, if I had that kind of coin, (I lived with duded in college, we played Tecmo Super Bowl, with the loser paying the winner a dollar, that's how we rolled)

Anyways, I would have that HUGE tv, but on the ground, have a monsterous selection of older video systems, a SNES, an old school original Nintendo, a Sega, a Dreamcast, N 64, all of those pimp systems, with a wall FULL of different games.

That's what i would do.
