I was playing heads-up against 'villain' and he said following in the chat:

villain: toilet
villain: brb

It has been more than half an hour after he left. It is a bit off long time for a toilet stuff. Don't you think so?
I am really affraid something could have happened to him and maybe he is feeling sick and nobody around to help him.
And he is just lying there and asking: God, why me??

Maybe we should call ambulance or something?
But I don't have his phone number and not sure where he lives..

However, i think this is a bit of a one-off and you just got lucky as hell.

Let me recount an experience I had with Stars Team Droolers a little while back....

I got into it in chat with some cretin - out of nowhere, this guy went off at me, spewing shi-it about my mother, wishing my family will die in a fire etc etc. the usual shiiiit

I replied to him in a similar manner, at which point he insta-called an admin monkey on me, who proceeded to promptly chat-ban me for a month.

As i sat there mute, i noticed that this guy was still happily (by which I mean abusively) chatting away to other players. So i emailed the Stars Drooler A-Team, and an utterly ******ed email exchange ensued.

I won't bore you with all the details, but in short this lobotomised member of Stars support team argued that villain had not been offensive to me, because his rude language had been 'starred out' (****), whereas mine had just been abbreviated and was therefore clear to everyone.

Okay, doesn't sound toooo unreasonable. However what he had actually said - and how it appeared in chat box - was; -

"**** your mum in her ****, little mutha****er" .

To which I replied, "Kindly go fk yourself idiot".

Villian deemed not offensive because of a bunch of ****** that completely hides what he is trying to say? Whereas my comment is instantly castigated as coming straight out of Satan's ass, because of the f-k abbrieviation!!! On an online poker, 18+ site!! Gasp!!

Literally a dozen emails back and forth arguing, at which point my chat ban was lifted.

I was either the vctim of idiocy of the absolute highest order, or miore likely had just been used as source of amusement by a bunch of in-bred drooling machines (felt like i was in some online poker version of the awesome UK comedy Phone Shop).

So yes, WP to Stars Support in OP’s instance, but I think you just hit a one-outer.
