hi,my apoligies if this in in the wrong section,but its kinda of an whine and an bad beat

i was playing an slot in the pokerstars casino at 0.50 cent per spin
i finally hit the bonusround,and it was an nice bonusround as well..i was up 120 dollar in that round and still had 7 freespins left

thne the game freeze,and i got some errormessage,i had to close the client and reopen it again to be able to log back into that game expecting that the bonusround would continue ,but it didnt

my bonusround was gone and my balance wasnt updated,so i lost out on at least 120 dollar due to an bug at stars side

so,my question is,if any1 also have had this,i doubt that i am the only 1 experiencing this

What did PS-support say when you contacted them?

i looked on the website ,but i didnt see any livechat possibilitys or phonenumber for live contact,so i used the websupportpage about 1.5 hours ago
i know i sound impatient but im kinda scared it will somehow get lost and i have absolute zero proof,i have requested my last casino game history and it doesnt show on that either

yes,i wil wait till support gets back to me,but i havent tried to spin that slot again also,maybe spinning it once will retrigger the bonusround..on the other hand im kinda worried if i spin it now that it will be more difficult for support to find any irregularitys
