Assume you'll get sucked out on, OP. Then when you don't, you'll be happily surprised.

I just lost 9 of 10 spin gos, feeling half way that this is not going to end up well. After the 10 I ran it with physical cards for myself, twice, and the result was the same both times.

That seems to mean that there are days or so when one should not play, if it wasnt random that is. The first time with physical cards I didnt even get diamonds, just 9 black medium or higher cards and 1 heart. Maybe I should buy tarot cards and aim for it professionally?

Or play low poker at that time, or just make sure my luck is okay before starting the session and any time during, so avoiding more of the bad variance? Luck goes perfectly as variance says, but are the laws of balance pulling results up and down accordingly and being real like the physical laws or is it just math as the books say? Sometimes I just find it hard to believe, though those times are rare, but I would be doing really good by mastering luck, just that I think that the laws of balance will get after me even if I succeed, like after someone who has stopped growing old as fast, though some people live longer and some people are luckier, especially the more experienced ones.

It is also personal, like one can be lucky or unlucky in the beginning or under some situations like when needing to achieve something is when one may be lucky or unlucky. Poker is a game that make many players to suspect that variance isnt just variance, sometimes, and that also is variance, not a miracle, as impressive as it may look like.

My coin flip results are similar, about 1 or 2 wins per 5 flips, depending on site, but a 20 flips sample only, and I dont have my share of beginner luck. The 3rd that happens is when the pot gets raised in some way like I trap the opponent or he makes a semi reraise, it seems to give them luck. Then the start of my sessions can be bad, so I make sure I play long enough to score before stopping, and could consider to start lower there, just that the limit makes a diference and I am not too lucky below my level.

It being mostly luck, no, but there are aspects that look like luck.

Most of these replies are as bad as this thread.

And OP I think you need to move up to the 60$ spins where they might start respecting your raises.
