wait i assumed rush was somehow tracked by PTR. can you clarify this process? how can we know you don't delete unkind rush hands from your HEM database before allowing judges to import?

rush is certainly not tracked by PTR.

Judges will get the hands directly from FTP. I will have no chance to delete anything. PTR is so inaccurate on short-term stuff I would never trust it to verify anything. But the judges are not using PTR to verify so that's not a problem.

assuming 1k hands/hour which is pretty standard, 3bb/100 over 310k hands would produce only $9300. 5bb/100 over 300k would get the job done and would be a very sick 100NL month

i doubt he could get 5bb/100. I say 3bb/100 with mass volume. If thats 1k hands/hour...making 30$ an hour, isnt that needing just over 16 hours a day in order to achieve this? :O

If you mean big blinds and not big bets (ie ptbb) I have like a 0% chance of winning if I only have a 3bb/100 winrate.

Oh also I guess I didn't specifically write it in but is kinda implied the judges do have the right to make rulings based on the spirit of the bet, ie if I'm flipping at the end to make it even though that's not specifically in the rules it's a pretty big angle and I'm assuming they'd rule against me. Another big one is if something happens with FTP. I don't think that's a very big risk at all but FTP has a history of this with the random banned accounts awhile ago or say someone emails FTP support and says I'm underaged they temp ban me until I send in ID (yeah just read the wakeboarder thread lol) hopefully the judges would grant me an extension for that as well.

I mean I'm sure 99% of the time it'll go smoothly and this won't be an issue I just want to make sure everything's clear for the 1% of the time since it is a relatively large amount of money.

But seriously judges will have all hands and will be able to look at this. If they determine there was collusion at all I lose the bet. Also as it is against the FTP tos they have detection for that and I risk funds being confiscated along with being banned from FTP and obviously losing the bet.
