how many times did you drop 4 buyins before finishing up 2-3 buyins like during other sessions?
i think you could practice... thats not the right word, but is the idea of enforcing better tilt / mood monitoring.
recognizing when the table isn't good anymore...even tho its 4NL, but you start out you show up with the goods and crush souls, people respect your bets more, 2-3 seats change out over the course of an hour or 2 and you need to triple barrel the MFer every single time bc its nl4 and second pair is the nuts...kinda jk.
stoploss. if you start a session and lose a flip or run KK into AA you may than try to use invinciaces later on... which is the inability to lay down aces when you know damn well that you're ****ed but hey you have aces and its unpossible they turned two pair who runs that good they're bluffing, SHOVE. fml.
