I mysef am Turkish. Trust me nothing is what it seems. Many girls there are also easy.

I live in The Netherlands myself, but just a question for you OP: are you a muslim? Because musims can't gamble, right? Are you still able to play poker in Turkey?

I'm moving to the states next month, F the weather over here.
Yes. I mean I believe but dont practice it to put in one way or another. So I will never stop playing poker even if thats religiously incorrect. Any form of gambling is forbidden in turkey, thanks to the president. I mean sure I could use an ip for online poker from another country but playing live would be tougher. U get like jail-time if you get caught.

And yeah f the weather over here.

The first few months you won't know anyone & it won't be that great, but you'll start to set up a new life there and meet new interesting people. Then the best part is whenever you go back home to visit your friends; nothing has changed. Everyone is still doing the same old sh*t and it's like you never left.
This is in my opinion highly possible.

If this were true I wouldn't be considering moving to Istanbul. Would consider moving to Las Vegas.

Netherlands only sucks climate wise, but it beats most countries on all other grounds.

But to the OP; if you have the option of going back if you wanted to, why not?
If you like one better then the other, just stay or move. easy right?

go to turkey for sure dude. Amsterdam will always be there. poker will always be there. Being in your twenties and having the possibility to get an excellent education will not.

Turkey is cool anyways, I'm American and have a few Turkish friends. Haven't been to Turkey but have been to Amsterdam, obviously had a great time.

As cliche as this sounds, listen to your parents. Education is so important no matter what you do.
