    Villain has so many outs to improve. He can hit quads, that's 2 outs. He can hit a better full house, that's 2 outs. He can hit a flush, that's 9 outs (discounting 4 and 3 of spades). He can hit a straight, that's 6 outs (5 and 6 of spades already counted).

    2 + 2 + 9 + 6 = 19 outs

    19 multiplied by 4 (rule of 2 and 4), villain is a 76% favourite to win the hand.
