I don't get it. He has a straight flush with an Ace and you have a straight flush with a 6.

A>6

He should win the pot.

Well, the odds for you making a straight flush are 22 % (2/9), since they're are 9 cards that make a flush, but only two that make a straight flush. If you make a straight flush, he can either also have made a straight flush or he didn't, so the odds for both having a straight flush is 22/2 = 11 %.
Odds for him having broken his mouse i can't calculate though, that's pretty complicated.

Ok so I've crunched the numbers and the odds are actually 25% for each.

This looks shopped. I can tell from some of the pixels and from seeing quite a few shops in my time.

I don't get it. The board has 5432. You either have the 6, or you don't.

It's like having the K on a XXXX board. One card to the nuts and you have the second nuts.

One REALLY tough beat is when you have AX on something innocuous-looking like 8 X X 6 4, unpaired, and lose. IMO it's as bad as losing with the nut FH to the lone possible quads.

This 100%. OP, there's no way that someone lost straight flush vs straight flush. I don't think that's ever happened (yet at least). So the chances of this being real are very, very low.

Nice try with the photoshop.

If you have a straight flush the only possible way to lose the hand is if you are up against a royal flush. I see no high suited cards on this board so nobody can have a royal flush in his hands. It's just impossible to lose with a straight flush on this board.

Itīs always good to use your bad luck at lower stakes. This way, you will be on the good size once you move up.

Itīs the same with variance. Try to run as bad as possible in terms of EV @NL10. Then, @NL100 you will make a lot of money.

Makes perfect sense. Everyone has a finite amount of both good and bad luck so why waste the good luck in the low stakes? Hell, if you're running bad for months on end at the low stakes, it's time to move up and collect that positive variance where the real money is.

Poker is solved, no more wasting time computing GTO play, lose small, win big, game over.
