My main game I like to play is PLO 4 cards, at times I will play some 5 cards, this tables VPIP were minimum 50 percent and just punters. On this flop whats your play , can I seriously fold, or was my shove okay. Seriously gotta dodge everything.

This is nothing compared to your mom's home game. Last time I went there the table VPPIV (Voluntarily Put Penis In Vagina) was through the roof. Lots of punting and shoving going on there.
