Wish you best of luck to get the money back, they've always treated my emails very quickly and been very helpfull. Their supper is by far superior to what Full tilt ever offered, it's really not close at all.

same thing happend to me, i contacted stars and they called me the following day. I knew it could only be 1 person cause he only knew my pswd plus the played the same way as he does after i checked HS. they where hesitant to tell me who did it at first though I told them the username I thought did it. Then they told me his account had been played from that account i had all the information i needed. He only lost $300 in my account so he had the decency not to lose it all. Though i'm no longer friends with the scum bag.

my brother was hacked for 10k+ on stars. they closed his account for a week while they investigated. after that week and several phone calls etc he was refunded the entire amount.
