Hello guys, i just wonder how another players handle with downswings, i mean you play and everything is going bad, you lose almost every coin, very rarely catch something on flop, you play but you feel youre not lucky. You play good, raise good hands but fold on flop cause toy missed. When you have a period of time that always lose when for example 60 % favourite (i mean its not beat, thats normal, but when it happens so often it can be a bit frustrating). You seem to play good but your roll is schrinking and schrinking slowly.

What is the best thing you can do then?

For instance i play less then and read poker books, articles, go out and
have some fun.

and slap my wife

go on monster raving loony tilt

lol i expected some real tips, from solid players..
but it happens to me to to, for instance crack a mouse or kick the door even
if i dont lose much.. just couse im frustrated

Tilt and move up where they respect my raises.

but sometimes go drink something is the best solution imo

When you win, play higher limits

When you loose, play lower limits

It really is as simple as that imo, a lot of people got this mantra backwards though...

im playing sngs and i dont think playing higher make sense cause when do i know when i exactly win? it can be that i have run and go higher for ex from 5$ to 10$ and lose. maybe this works on cash games

anyway, if I were you I'd move up the stakes and open-shove every hand.

I'm not saying move up and down after every single win or loss. Move up and down after consistently winning or loosing for some time. How long exactly is something everyone can figure out for themselves I think.
