Kings Court and Stilletto's are a couple high end professional places you could pay around the same price but without the shadiness of the Cross. Tonnes of awesome pre spa and sauna places like Chicago on Pitt Street, Babylon in Market City where you can pay a fraction of the high end price for nice relaxing time with a happy ending

I have played at Star City two times.

First time was nervous so bought in short (like $100 at $1/$2). Flopped top set with 77 and got it in. Villain's straight held.

Second time I have Queens third hand at the table. After some betting we're on the turn and I shove for ~$75 into ~$90. Villain calls with 88 and catches an 8.
