op,

have a stop loss - 6 buyins - turn the computer off when you hit that stoploss. Take a break for 30mins or a couple of hours. Come back if you feel non tilted. Play but stoploss is now only 3 buyins, once 3 buyins has been lost, turn off computer and dont play until 24 hours.

wow im happy i dint flip him yesterday this guy won 100% of showdowns for 200 hands then quit me this afternoon
dude stop making flip threads and backing out, ****s pathetic

ya guess i made it sound like it, dont think he is up more then 2bi on me lifetime though he was down a bunch before our last match, hope he takes me up on a rematch
