Played a tourny tonight where the top 10 out of 100 players get a $2500 ticket. I was the first one knocked out, within about 5 minutes. 2nd hand of tourny I repop with AK and get called by A4. flop comes a k and a 4 I call a big bet to trap assuming he wont give up on hand. turn is a 4. call another big bet and than he checked river, lost most of my stack on that hand. Very next hand i get 1010 get it in vs q9, 99 on the flop, im out. Been playing poker for 20yrs was never the first one knocked out of a multi.

5 years ago I could see the reasoning behind these responses. But gosh darn-it the entree into this satty is the equivalent too a 30,000 bb pot at the stakes most bbv threads are about as of late.
