Hi guys,

I've asked Stars to send me all my hh's and tried to import them all but computer is too laggy. So here i imported the most recent ones.

I'm on a long breakeven strectch for the last 500k hands. My game has been deeply affected by this swing. My mental game was at its worst a few months ago. It's been a little bit better lately but still not great, obviously.

Basically, i'm 130 buy-ins under EV for the 1.8M hands i could import. I know the sample is huge and that could be "ok" but out of the 130, 100 buy ins were lost to EV during those last 500k hands.

I've never been a crusher and my winrate could surely be better. I'm trying to work on my game to improve those 2.15 bb/100 (EV adjusted).

60% 50NL
25% 25NL
10% 10NL

Is that, by any means, standard ?
How do you handle those EV swings ?
In those situations, what else than volume and improvement would you consider ?

plug some numbers into the pokerdope variance calculator and it will give you loads of info on what size downswings you can expect and how often you can expect them
