I feel like I'm running way below EV on all ins. My understanding is that if villain shoves 278 flop with QQ and I call with AA and villain turns a Q then the all in EV line still gives "credit" for getting it in good.

Known leaks:
Play weak hands too strong.
Play strong hands too weak and get sucked out on. Many suckout. Much pain.
Don't like to limp or open raise small pocket pairs

Known strengths:
Knowing when to ask for help.

My interpretation:
  1. You win that money with showdown
  2. You lose that money without showdown
Conclusion: Never fold.

Congrats

Not sure how not to play passively at least in the short term. The run bad is strong.

Tried being more aggressive with hands I would normally play passively. This is the same outcome that has killed my graph, all in on turns with 80+% equity = sore ass on river.

    Hold me bros.

I understand that. I have a good job and better things to do than grind for nickles, but, the truth is, I love poker and learn a lot about psychology of self for super cheap. But, you are right. I run bad and time is expensive.

FWIW, I have been playing more aggressively the last couple thousand hands. Getting a bit better at understanding the graphs, looks like for the month I am running 500 BBs below EV.
