How is that guy in the Nimadus thread not banned?

Nima is basically allowed to be a Beast within the appreciation thread because the thread has some semblance of sympathy. This man child living in his Dad's condo and doing nothing but jerking it, drinking, cooking, and hunchcapping all day has practically zero real life friends. The thread is basically his friend base and he spends his time insulting and disparaging them instead of taking advice and trying to improve and better himself, he continues to spin his wheels as a first rate loser with practically zero positive affect or contribution to society.

To his credit, he has more "fans" for lack of a better term than any loser/scam artist/societal leach I've ever seen. His decade+ cycle of the same scams, abusive forum posting and repeated degenerate and destructive behavior has drawn a crowd (including myself to be honest) of people who have come across him one way or another and not only cannot stop looking at the trainwreck, but the trainwreck is interactive and lashes out nearly daily.
