So I go to a casino dealing school here in southern California, and we deal poker tournaments/casino nights for people almost every weekend and this particular tournament was a 30$+rebuys and it was to raise money for breast cancer awareness and research etc. We didn't get paid to do this one but the guy who was running the event decided to let us play in the tournament and paying for our buy-in. Fast forward- I end up winning. I won $500 and 5 seats behind home plate for the White Sox @ Dodgers game on June 24th. Seats where you are seen on TV. I donated $200 of it back to the charity and bought my friends dinner with some of the rest. It feels good.

you can put those tickets on craigslist or Ebay, and still wont sell them. Nobody in LA actually buys Dodger tickets, any office I have ever worked had ppl trying to just give their tickets away.

All that being said, I would take em off your hands for free, and take my slightly ******ed neighbor and his wheelchair rolling brother to the game (true story, I feel for those parents), cuz I am a nice guy.

I will even get our picture taken and mail it to you, you can keep it for the memories. It will also make an awesome avatar.

All your charity points will increase a ton, and you will run hot for the rest of the year.

edit: I only need 3 of them, but I am sure they have friends who may want to go.

How were the tickets free? He earned the free buy-in by virtue of being a good employee and then had to sit through a tournament filled with your aunt. Definitely earned the tickets. Should be able to charge double. Karma intact imo.

lol yeah i just got the tickets. i guess the guy who ran the tournament's doctor has season tickets and just donated these for the tournament. im gonna try to go to the game myself, but i'd love to sell 2-3 of them. if i don't sell them im gonna give 2 to my friend's dad who has parkensen(sp)'s disease and his brother and probably take a couple of friends of my own.
