cool thread, ive done about 5 or 6 of these studies. The price theyre paying OP is normal for the amount of time spent inside. The longest ive ever done is 24 days i think, was a piece of cake. The first trial i did was in Oz when backpacking. Nearly every study ive done has been with pretty cool people who ive mostly got on with all of them so maybe ive been lucky. Its nearly always students and backpackers.

People talking about the risks, i can honestly say ive never felt any side effects on all the trials done and on all of them ive only ever seen one person get sick. Ive never done a phase one so if you dont want as much risk you can do later studies and they do tell you if any of the people who have previously taken the drug have had any side effects and what they were.

The last trial i did there were a couple of people who played poker so we used to play 10 man sitngos every night, i cleared up, winning about 8 of the 15 sitngos we played. During the day we used to put the horse racing on and pick horses and the person with the best results at the end of the day would win the kitty. Other than that was just watching films, playing pool. Its actually a really easy way to make money if youre not bothered by the risks and staying inside all day. Also its not like these trials havent been going on for years and years. I knew people who had done more than 20 trials and never felt any side effects. Not saying it doesnt happen, it obviously does, but its definitely not the risk some people think it is.

I also knew one person who slept with one of the nurses on a trial. The nurse wasnt very hot, cant say i blame him though.
