Just watched as he used my $220 to play in $110 head up match and donk off MY money.

I feel so stupid for being such a trustful person, I should of seen this coming.

Now I need to make up this hard earned money after making 3 final tables yesterday at micro MTT's (Jorge A Montoya) just to cash out my $300 check to pay my part of the rent needed.

The reason I needed the transfer was because Stars offers the fastest option to getting my money, (I only play in FT) and I dont have a checking account to get bank wire with FT and I need to provide them with fax info to get a check and its been 3 days and no response etc I need my money by monday.

I sent several reliable/regulars PM's telling asking for a transfer but I guess since I am new to the forums and never done one before they didn't reply. Funny thing is I saved myself $80 since thats what I needed to cash out but he told me he didn't have that much, so I sent him $220.

Now I got $230 to work with, feel horrible right now, not even mad because I know I am a better person and that karma will eventually catch up to him, gotta keep my head up strong and grind.

thats first PM he sent me then I told him it wont be a problem and asked for his MSN which he gave to me.

I think you put yourself into this situation and you need to deal with the consequences. and most people would never simply trade even money for this type of transaction.

Strange story. I don't know why anyone uses transfers anyway unless there are absolutely no other options, seems high risk for a lot of reasons.

All he needs to tell FTP is that he was engaging in a transfer with this guy for PokerStars funds, which is a common thing. What OP intended on using the money for on Stars is irrelevant to the situation at hand.

I am not saying FTP will be sympathetic or even be able to help the OP (sorry), but your logic is stupid.

that is uncorrect pokestars dont take money of anyone in this situation as the person voluntarily sent the transfer , therefor the funds are not fraudlent, pokerstars states that transfers are at your own risk.

FTP are different they will lock someones aco**** for this but pokerstars dont.
