In the past 3 days I've accumilated 4 buyins of rake playing 10NL.

That's pretty effin insane.

So now that I've seen the level of which I'm getting raked, I started inquiring about rakeback. I went through rakeback pros about 4 months ago but they don't speak english and they don't seem to understand my concerns... they never were able to sign me up and I never got anything from them.

So I spoke with the fine support system of FTP and they pretty much copied and pasted the same email twice:

Hello David, Thank you for your response. Most of our affiliates own a website and have our banner advertised. If a potential player clicks on this banner, they are taken to the Full Tilt poker sign-up page and are automatically tracked to the affiliate. Unfortunately due to our privacy policy, I cannot disclose more information. What I can say is that Full Tilt Poker has relationships with various non-rakeback affiliates, and they receive commission on all real money players they send to Full Tilt Poker. If you signed up to Full Tilt Poker using the Refer A Friend program your affiliation would be Refer A Friend. We are unable to switch your account from this affiliate to another, as our agreement with affiliates prohibits this. In my opinion all full tilt poker support ever does is copy and paste e-mail responses that are probably saved on a file. Anyway, I always find poker rooms support slow and stupid.

Cake = no HEM/PT though which suuucks.

If you're non-US there's plenty of other - albeit ****ty sites - that provide rakeback. If you're US, unlucky.

It doesn't matter if you send 9297812898246912 emais a day, Full Tilt won't give you rakeback on your account. You've signed up through an affiliate already and thats that.

If you really want Rakeback you have to move simple as.

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

In accordance with our site rules, only one account per person is permitted on Full Tilt Poker, and unfortunately players may not close their existing accounts in order to create new ones for rakeback. This policy is in place because our internal records depend on Player IDs remaining constant.

If you would like a full explanation of our site rules, please visit our website at: http://www.fulltiltpoker.com/siteRules.php

Having said that there is a test group of players who are not linked to any affiliate, who have been assigned to an affiliate 'rakebackpros'.

The reason for why we were unable to put your name forward for consideration is because you are already linked to an affiliate. It would violate our Affiliate Agreement to move a player off of an affiliate account.

Since you have not been receiving rakeback from this affiliate, we have placed you on an alternative list for upcoming promotions as compensation.

In the meantime, we are constantly releasing new bonuses for our loyal customers. Be sure to check your email regularly for your chance to earn some extra cash.

There are plenty of ways to get in on the action. Please visit: http://www.fulltiltpoker.com/promotions.php to view all of our exciting promotions.

If there's anything we can help you with, please don't hesitate to ask.

Best of luck on the tables!
