I wish I could say that. Troubles over troubles everywhere, because of virus and other stuff. Yeah poker tables full, not sure if I mentioned that in my drunk poasting of last weekend but that poker club I mentioned recently had 3-4 full tables going at peak, almost full capacity last Friday. As far as I could see it was the least empty of all the venues in the nightclub district, the others were not empty either but noticeably less busy. I expected worse, but as mentioned before everyone just seems completely fed up with it. Prolly poker players are also more moronic and less risk-averse than the general population, just a guess

Take some chips home with you. Sterilize them overnight. Keep them in a separate stack in the table. When a pot gets big and juicy enough but you simply don’t have the cards, take the chips and in a moment of pensive reflection, pop them in your mouth and start sucking on them. Remove chips from mouth, cough, and toss them in the pot as you declare raise. The ask if it’s hot in here, or if it’s just you.
