Ehh, why two hours? This is also medically unsound, you're forgetting things you can't control like grease (fat), cheese (more fat), salsa (acid), salt, and the carbs from the shells. I think you'll be full quicker than you think. I also think the consumption of water or soda is only going to hurt you and if you DO do this, you'll be ****ting bricks for a week.

If he has a choice he should opt for chicken, beef contains WAY too much fat, the protein in chicken will require him to drink a lot of water toward the end, but definately chicken if he has the option.

FWIW I'm 6 foot tall and weigh 75kgs, or around 165 pounds for you non-metric folks. I've eaten 15 of these tacos quite comfortabley in a sitting before but i'm aware that this is a significantly bigger ask.

This all depends on the size of the tacos... if they're tiny like a Taco Bell taco then I think this is definitely a good bet for you at 9-1. Problem is, it's actually more like 4-1 since you have to pay $120 for the tacos if you lose. That makes this a lot closer.

I'm not a big eater, and I'm 100% sure I could eat 25 beef tacos from Taco Bell in 2 hours with absolutely no preparation. I can eat a huge meal and be ready to eat again in 30 minutes, so 2 hours is a really long time. With almost 2 months to prepare you can win this bet if you really try.

I'd want to be making a hell of a lot more than $900 to put myself through that though...

I think the true odds on this is somewhere closer to 100:1. You probably have a better shot of eating 40 tacos in 1 hour than 60 in 2.

I'd avoid anything greasy, so chicken > beef and if you have the option, try to dip the shells in water, and try to eat all the fillings first/shells last.
