I'm making this post hoping for some advice.
I will make this short as to not be a bore.
Last year I depositing $60 and throughout the year I ran it up to around $4K just GRINDING through dem micros. I was playing a mix of 100NL and 200NL and winning about 2.5bb's/100 over a decent sample size. (Though now I feel it may have just been variance)

I took a shot at a much higher stake. It was a calculated risk and in hindsight was a pretty terrible plan. I played really well but in the end was down about 1.5k. As the story always goes, TILTMONKEY ENGAGE. And over the next 2 weeks just lost session after session and now I am sitting here with a tiny little 260$ BR.

So. What do I do? I want to be back playing 100 NL ASAP. I honestly love to play poker. I do it because I enjoy it. However, between the options of doing it for 1.5$ an hour or 15$ an hour. I would rather be playing the small stakes than the micros.

I have been working during the day and during the night have played my poker, so I've got around 5K sitting around in the bank. I am a University student living at his parents place so I have little to no living expenses. I going to take a week or two off of poker before I continue on any plan.


Do I:
A) Take 2 weeks off. Then take 6-8 months to GRIND my 260$ back up to 3Kish. All while studying my game?

B) Take two weeks off. Then deposit about 1000$ and grind up via 50nl. all while studying my game ?

C) Take two weeks off. Bit the bullet and deposit 2K. Play 50NL or 100NL Just like before. Studying my game and avoiding taking shots.

D) Withdraw 260$ forever and keep my 200$ profit from the year... Peace out poker.

E) Something better than what I suggested.

If poker is something you enjoy, definitely consider starting again at the small stakes and grind. This is where your edge is so maybe stick too 50nl until your bankroll can withstand the variance of 200nl

deposit 1k and start at 50 nl, but pretend that it is your case money so you don't justify taking shots again when you're tilted. gl

deposit 1k, take 2 weeks off, play 50nl until 2-2,5k

E) Take 20 weeks off. Get out of the house at night. Go out with friends. Get laid. Then decide how you want to proceed.

This, and make sure you get 100 to 1 leverage, take a crash course at babypips, look for support/resistance levels, boom you're done.

This period was then followed by a massive bearish trend, sending the pair beneath the 1.5000 level; completing a 6,000 pip drop!

Rebuilt with the roll u have left. Start at 10nl. Get it to $500 then play 25nl. There u go. Almost reached 50nl. But don't pay money to repair tilt damage imo.

this is a clear EAD play game theory optimal wise.
