Umm he was a aggro monkey that was squeezing a ton, i didnt want to play a 3 bet pot with aj off 300 bb deep in which if i hit a pair it would be very hard to fold . I thought aj off was way ahead of is 3 bet range in this spot, and i would put him in a very tuff spot with aq or a hand like 10s pre in which i would take it on the flop alot if he decided to call pre, prob a play where i lose some value but makes the hand way easier to play by taking control pre flop.
