Well ,i would of thought games at the start of the month being reg filled are bad for him and games in the 2nd half of the month being bad due to lower volume

Yes, but big swings are mainly caused by variance and not by turning in some roi due to volume.

He also pretty much instantly responded on skype when I said that you had posted saying the stream wasnt working saying it was for him (and watched him do so as well on the stream, live video confirmation

) , so yea, think it was just maybe a random short outage or it just didn't pop up correctly for you that time

Yes he has to abide by this rule but we all know that technology can fail us sometimes. As stated in a quote above you have the right to check up on him on skype via voice to confirm his identity while playing.
