Started at 11 PM last night, played 1/2 6-max until I doubled up, went to 2/4, repeated until I had enough to move up to 3/6, again to 5/10, then multiple tables of 5/10 [**** 10/20]

Didn't end well as I lost half a buyin on two separate tables, but that also made it a good stopping point. Finished at $5,351.24 at 10 AM, so 11 hours in total.

200 -> 5k in 11 hours is pretty much how any pro makes their first useable bankroll.

They don't grind microstakes for weeks/months/years trying to get a roll for 200NL. They just take the risk confident in their ability.

The $200 might disappear the first time... it might disappear the second time.

But the time it goes to 5k, is the time the Poker Gods tell them, "Do it. This is YOU."
