Would you be willing to take HU hands out of the bet AND throw in something about not having anyone dump to you?

I don't think taking out HU hands will affect much, since there will probably be very few HU hands at FR tables, but it obviously will make people a lot more comfortable about the risk of someone dumping to you.

And should be obvious why you need something about not having buddies dump to you or colluding in general. Something like this:

"I will not make any agreements with other players to unfairly increase my chances of winning this bet. If the judge rules that I do this, I forfeit the bet."

3. ATLienCP must win a minimum of $20,000 USD at the tables (at any point within the specified date range) after rake, to win this bet. FPPs/cash bonuses, nor any other type of bonuses will be included in total winnings. Anything less than $20,000 USD won will qualify as a loss to ATLienCP.

This just seems a bit strangely worded. I get what you're trying to say - if you hit 20k won at any point in the month, you win (i.e. you can be "done" with the bet, and are free to play additionally if you so choose with no ramifications). But when you say "at any point within the specified date range" and then add the "Anything less than 20,000 USD won will qualify as a loss" could be semantically argued that at second 1 of the bet, you won less than 20,000 USD, hence lose.

Proposed re-wording:
3. ATLienCP must win at least a net total of $20,000 USD at the tables by the end of the bet duration, after rake, to win this bet. Should ATLienCP satisfy the conditions of the bet before the end date, he will be considered to win the bet and may continue to play at his discretion with no bearing on the wager. Neither FPPs/cash bonuses, nor any other type of bonuses will be included in total winnings. Net winnings of less than $20,000 USD at the end of the bet duration (provided the bet was not considered won before the end of the bet duration) will qualify as a loss to ATLienCP.

Just an idea, I'm not legal expert, but we've seen nitpicking come up in other props is all I'm saying

Just woke up I will be pming ppl about placing bets. It looks like I am going to have more action than I can cover so some people are just going to have to be left out nothing personal. I think it shoulnd't be a big deal if HU is involved, sometimes he may want to start tables when the games are bad. As a judge I can filter out the hands played with less then 4 people and will be able to notice any "chip dumping" going on.

Not going to disclose how much Ive won but not going to hit 200k more than likely. I decided living my life was more important than making the money or maybe just thats another way of saying I got lazy =)

Chipdumping to me is pretty common sense breaking the rules and I feel like I have given authority to the judge in rule 8 to deal with this. Pokerstars security is good and I will definitely be under the spotlight so I think that it shouldnt be a hard issue to deal with.

I have sent pms to various potential bettors and have 6k of my money reserved for them. Betting at 4-1 will be closed assuming these bettors agree to the rules and send the money to the escrow. If there is any interest at 5-1 I will be willing to put up an additional 2k at those odds.
