thats correct -$600 on the .25 and .50 level on Pokerstars. I am a student of the game and know that it is due to mostly bad beats, but am beginning to doubt myself. Has anyone else experienced anything this bad?

i lost 22 buyins yesterday and ran 14 buyins below expecation over 3k hands.

Loads of tilt ldo but the best bit was losing 150bbs all in PF AKo vs 54o and then 100bbs KK vs K8o

exactly what was happening to me. AKo lost to A8o when an 8 hit on river. QQ lost to JJ w/ J on river. AA lost to KK w/ K on river. But the most frustrating part in isolating w/ say TT and flop coming Q,2,7 and getting raised on c-bet over and over again.

Ya 2-3 buyins a day is about all I can deal with to control tilt. My two bad beats this weekend was my flush beat on the river to a FH. The other was my nut flush beat on the river by a straight flush. I can get over those easy because it's poker but if I get more then a couple in a day it's time to hang it up. I find myself starting to make stupid moves with marginal hands and it just gets worse.

Set a stop loss limit IMO.
