yeah but better players get more moniez when they run goot and lose less when they run ungoot

they lose less when they run bad, but they dont win more when they run good. i see the worst players in the world at commerce go on massive heaters and win 2000bbs in less than 100 hands on a regular basis. ive never once seen a good player do that. good players dont put their money in bad enough to take advantage of their run good to ever do that.

okay fair enough

but I was talking about larger (but not too large) samples where I think the statement would hold true

take, for instance, your same terrible player from the commerce over 1000 hands - say he's still up a bit... he's "run good" over 1000 or so hands but another superior player who has "run goot" over 1000ish hands will probably have won more overall

maybe the crappy player is even below par @ the 1000 hand mark and despite "running good" overall, see what I mean?

"running good" = running well above reasonable expectation as I see it; well, if you're expectation is (realistically) god-awful, then you could be "running good" and just breaking even or just making a modest amount
