I completed a couple of signups offered by this kickback site.

I order a gift of moneybookers transfer.

They asked me to submit ID though they are not a pokersite just an affiliate. I submitted documents.
Now they are asking me to hold my document alongside my face and should be photographed by someone else like they do in prison.
My doubt is that I have never been asked by documents in such a way (holding it along my face) by a pokersite. They are just an affiliate that too no licencing from Ecogra or kahnawake.
If they want my ID for moneybookers I told them I have a valid moneybooker's account in my name and I am happy to provide you with a screenshot of it. But they dont agree.

Secondly, I am not allowed to post anything on their forum and discuss this thing with other member. As I click on to start a new topic I am redirected to the homepage. I dont believe this feature requires ID too. I asked them to explain they are mum.

Thirdly, Their forum page contains 80% posts of either order not fulfilled or delay in crediting their savvy points.

What you people suggest should ? Has anyone else gone through such type of screening with them ?

Suggest.

I've cleared more than 50 offers with PokerSavvy, and have never had a problem.

I've heard of a couple other players on this forum that were asked to do the same thing for them with ID; I believe this comes up when Savvy has good reason to suspect someone is using fake names to clear bonuses multiple times. It is a somewhat unusual request, but I've never heard of anyone's compliance leading to further problems.

Op i posted about the same issue on this forum about a month ago they were asking me to do all sorts of things hold my id next to my face etc like you.

I was pretty steamed that they were making me jump through hoops but there's nothing else you can do but comply with what they ask.

You will get your money they are legit but i can understand your frustration having been in the same boat.

Goodluck.

I guess this is normal these days since pokerstrategy asked me the same thing recently if I want to receive my taf payments.

Hi Welltheman,

I represent PokerSavvy and am happy to address your concerns.

As an affiliate one of our biggest concerns is fraud - at the behest of several of our poker room partners, we have begun running player verification checks like the ones you have been requested to perform.

I know this is an inconvenience for you, but once your account has been verified, you will not be required to verify yourself again and all future transaction can be processed without interruption.

You are being re-directed to the home page on our forum in an effort to get you to use our 'Support Center' for support related inquires. There is a message above the support forum regarding this.

Using our Support Center will lead to much faster user response times.

I do apologize for any difficulties you have been facing. If you want to contact me directly - I'll help you process your first order and get things back on track.

I've been going through the same problem.
I made an account and completed some bonuses and ordered a MB transfer.
They needed a scan of my drivers licence and then take a picture with it, once I did that they said that my ID was fake and that they "permanently" closed my account without further discussion.
They said the text on my ID was backwards (this is due to the mirror effect from taking a picture on my webcam) and that it looked photoshopped.
I offered them to show other IDs but they said that the status of my account was no longer debatable and will be permanently disabled.

I am really pissed off because I've invested time and money with pokersavvy and what I get in return is rude and uncompromising customer service and a closed account.

For obvious reasons I do not suggest you use pokersavvy.
