3 days ago I requested 2 cashouts from TITN. One to my Cake account and the other to my UB account. The Cake cashout was processed withing 24 hours as it always has from my experience (well done TITN) But the UB cashout is still showing pending.
TITN site states that: "* When you cash out, the money will be removed from your balance immediately. However, please allow up to 3 days for your payment to arrive."
When I contacted TITN chat support today (3 days later), they said that cashouts take 3-5 BUSINESS days. When I pointed out that the site as shown above states 3 days, he said that it is wrong.
So which one is right? The site or the chat support? If latter would be great if TITN updates their site info. Also, please make it clear if it's regular calendar days or if it's business/working days.
Thank you!
P.S. FWIW, overall I am very happy w/ TITN as my main affiliate for 3 poker sites, and overall I would definitely recommend them. Just don't expect much from the chat support if it's anything beyond the info that you an find yourself on TITN's site.
The "up to 3 days" is correct. Generally cash outs are processed within 24 hours, but sometimes (particularly on weekends) they take an extra day or two.
It sounds like the CS agent you spoke to made a mistake, based on old policies. About two months ago, we changed the wording on our sites to "up to 3 days" instead of "3-5 business days," and made it so that cash outs had to be full dollar amounts. The full dollar amounts rule allowed us to process cash outs ourselves instead of sending the payments off to UB to have someone there process them. We're going to review this policy with our CS team on Monday to make sure they all remember it was changed and don't make this mistake in the future, and I apologize for the misunderstanding there.
All pending cash outs should be processed today, so it shouldn't be any longer that you have to wait.
