14 days and nothing...I`m little worry...
Today I wrote my 2nd email to support (first was after 7 days and they said that I should be more patient...). I`m curious now what they will answer...

Hmm,
A bit strange I requested a withdrawal to my moneybookers 3 days ago and I had no problems at all,
My withdrawal was small(200 EUR) so that might be it

22 days and nothing. I`ve contacted with Bruno and Stryyke support(again 7 days ago...). They all said that my transaction have high priority. It pass now another 7 days I still didn`t get my money.
They said that they`ve got problem with limits on moneybookers (is it possible?) so this means that I need to wait to new month ?

Is someone here in similar situation ? I know another 2 persons which are.

Do you have maybe some advice to me? Or maybe should I say goodbye to my roll? :/

I know it's a different withdrawal method to yours U-Boot but I withdrew all my money I had with Stryyke last week through Neteller. It was in my account within 6 hours. While I played there they always promptly paid my Poker Savvy bonus out in $20 chunks. So don't give up hope just yet.

Stryyke Poker is going under. I have credible sources to back this up. I'm posting here to protect the best interests of TwoPlusTwo. Guys don't deal with these guys. There are plenty of other great OnGame skins. Stryyke is no longer withdrawing players money and THEY ARE GOING UNDER. PM me if you want more details.

If you have proof of this then I believe you should provide it here and not just throw out unwarranted accusations without evidence to back it up. Especially if you are an affiliate yourself promoting competing Ongame sites.

I agree. If you have this info from some trusted sources post it. Otherwise making statements like "they are going under" and "...no longer withdrawing players money" is just slanderous.

Also, thanks to those who reported the post. I had PMed him about his name but held off banning to try to get more info in regards to his statements about Stryyke. However, we really couldn't hold off any longer.

Like *TT* says, his ban isn't a reflection on his post, but I will be looking for some further explanation from him about that. I agree with others that his post contains things not to be said lightly.

I sent you an email 6 days ago, concerning a cash out I made 9 days ago and was rejected by the system because it said I have age verification pending, while I completed that 40 days in advance just to make sure I could make a fast cash out when needed. You never answered my email nor the cash arrived in my Click2pay account. I am beastiebet at Stryyke.

Could you please solve this? Never, ever have waited so much to be credited a cash out.

Update: A few hours after posting here and writing to Ongame ombudsman, the cashout was freed and I made a second cashout for another 400+ euro and was paid in lightning speed.

What a pity I had to come to this limit to recover my money. I was looking for a trusting long term relationship with them. If it was a product of disorganization, there's a lesson they have to learn in order not to scare people out the room.

Happy ending for me and I hope everyone have their one too.

I made a withdrawal to Neteller 2 weeks ago and it was declined on the 1st for some reason. I also made a second withdrawal to bank account a few days ago, and I'm a bit worried that there will be problems with this one as well. Can you help me out?

Only three days ago you stated that we could contact you directly should we need any assistance. I did, and apparently, others on this forum did as well.

It's been three days since I e-mailed you, and so far, no money, no reply. What gives?

Yesterday I contacted Bruno on skype and he was really kind to me, promising to give me my money today morning(he was really king, even gave me tournament tickets as an excuse for the time I got my money delayed).
Its evening here now and my money are still missing, Bruno also is not answering my messages for almost four hours now.
I just wrote to the Ongame Ombudsman and am waiting for his response.

bruno did not answer me, but on Dec 11 06:13 the money was credited to my neteller account...

Yeah, same here. I got both my withdrawals today as well. What a load off.

So, no need to be worried about not getting your money guys, it seems they do make their payouts, even though it can obviously take quite a while for some of us.
