rakeback calculators accurate ? rakeback calculators accurate ?

Hey everybody,

I was just wondering if any of you guys ever tried any of the online rakeback calculators out there to estimate your expected monthly rakeback. If so, do you believe them to be accurate ? I'm asking because when I used this one (http://www.rakemeback.com/rakeback_calculator.php) the results seemed to be somewhat inflated (788$ at 3 hours/day 8-tabling 25NL 6-max on full tilt).

Any input is appreciated

That would mean $4 rake per hour per table... according to BW, you rake more like $1 per hour per table at 6max NL25... hmm

Rakeback calculators are notorious for estimating too high.

Thanks a lot for your replys.

Now I'm confused

8 tables x 3 hours per day x 30 days a month = 720 hours of play

--> 1 euro per hour per table, which still seems pretty high to me because that would mean a rakeback rate of 2 ptbb per hour per table...

From my limited experience playing 25NL I would have guessed it'd be more like 1 ptbb per hour per table...what do you think ?

Oh yeah, almost forgot, who's BW ?

Yes, approx $1 rakeback per hour per table, which is approx $4 rake per hour per table which is way too high

Mine was pretty accurate at thisisthenuts.com, just putting in # of hands per day rather than dicking around with table hours and crap. It doesn't calculate correctly for contributed rakeback though, but the ftp one was perfect.
