PokerStars declined my request for rakeback, is it worth playing on Pokerstars for its VIP program for someone who's going to only 3-4 table say 20-30 hours a week on SSNL/MSNL, compared to sites that offer 30% rakeback?

The VIP club IS the rakeback.

obviously I mean their VIP structure vs 30% rakeback on other sites, given how much I'll be playing as stated.
