The account is actually on sportsbook.com, but its a skin of cake. Tried getting it from cake-poker-rakeback.net but they never responded to my emails.

Hiya,

So does that mean you have an existing non rakeback account at PlayersOnly?

In which case you have two choices

1) Apply through an affiliate to have your existing account at PO retagged for rakeback
2) Since you don't have an existing Cake Network rakeback account, you can get rakeback at any other Cake skin

The Sportsbook skin doesn't do rakeback at all for new or existing accounts but there are plenty of other skins that do. If it needs to be a sportsbook as well you can go with Player's Only which is owned by the same folks as Sportsbook.
