My FullTilt rakeback balance seems wrong, what can I do? My FullTilt rakeback balance seems wrong, what can I do?

My Fulltilt rakeback total with my RB affiliate seems to be off. I use HEM which has always been accurate to a few cents when calculating my rakeback at any room that uses the dealt method for calculating rake.

The last rakeback cashout I made was on 27th of August and this reset my rakeback balance to zero. Between the 27th August and the end of the month I played 4 sessions and raked $26, $28, $79 and $62 for these sessions.

This should make my rollover balance from last month about $52 for those 4 sessions, however my rakeback provider is giving me a rollover balance of $14.50. This looks to me like they haven't counted my last 2 sessions of the month. I checked if maybe they have added those sessions to my current month instead, but no. I have used no FTPs, I'm not clearing any bonuses, and I don't play tournaments (so no overlays).

I emailed them and they told me that maybe my stats haven't been updated properly yet , but my current month stats are updating just fine every couple of days and it's already 12 days since the end of August so I doubt that.

I'm 100% sure I've been left short for last month. Is there anything I can do? I really don't feel like playing poker at full tilt while I don't have confidence in them getting my rakeback right.

Are you on weekly autopay? If so it doesn't really doesn't matter what your affiliate reports since FTP pays off their internal stats. If they say the stats match ask them about deductions. With the "Biggest bonus ever" everybody had deductions and it seems many don't take that into account.

Every HEM user thinks they are getting ripped off until the deductions towards MGR are explained.

It cannot take into consideration Bonus deductions, Transaction fee's, Points used or Player Added deductions. All of these are reasons your MGR will be different than your actual rake paid at Full Tilt.

I'm not on autopay, I can cash out whenever I like. I did get $100 from the 'biggest bonus ever' which was paid to me on 2nd August. I wasn't aware there were deductions for this. How much of an MGR hit would I have taken for the $100 bonus? Would it account for a $38 hit to my rakeback?

My stats were fine up until the last couple of days of the month. I assumed that the $38 missing was a result of my last 2 sessions not being counted since these were $79 and $62 sessions which amount to $38 rakeback exactly.

You take a $100 MGR hit if you cleared $100 bonus, so $27 rakeback.

If you deposited or made a withdrawal that will also cause an MGR deduction. You will not get an answer from Full Tilt on the "player fee's" deduction because they use different payment processors that charge them different amounts.

If you spent Full Tilt points you will also have an MGR deduction, $0.05 MGR for every point spent in the FTP store.

**Also, deductions can happen at anytime. There can be up to 4 weeks delay in a deduction by Full Tilt.

I'm not aware of any issues with stats in August but FTP's reporting site was off and on during the first week of September. Ask your affiliate to copy/paste the August stats for you. AFAIK those stats are final and closed.
