I signed up months ago and just started playing on thursday night and it hasn't shown up yet.

You will normally show up in our reports the next day.

HOWEVER, you might have been hit with FTP's 60 day rule. Please send us an internal ticket at rakeupdate.com or email us at support@rakeupdate.com and we will try and fix it.
