FTP question for accounts without RB

Account's tagged to an affiliate that doesn't do RB. So I don't get an MGR hit or anything if I spend my FTPs. What's the best way to convert my medals and FTPs into cash? I play 45s, 90s, and MTTs.

Ok, so the consensus is that MTT tickets are better value than the bonuses?

Yes, unless you are bad at tournaments or don't like them.

I play strictly MTT SNGs and MTTs so this sounds like the best value for me. Thanks!
