As far as I know spending poker points directly affects rakeback. But what if I use points earned during happy hour promotion?
Does it affect rakeback if I use them to enter tournaments?

Points earned during happy hour have the exact same impact on rakeback as any other points. Spending them will cause an MGR hit. They are still worth spending usually. The MGR hit is less than the tournament entry fee or the price of the item in the store. At least from the store items and tournaments I've looked at.
