What effects your FT rakeback - tips and advice please What effects your FT rakeback - tips and advice please

Hi all,

I did a quick search and I'm sure all my answers are here but I'd like to know what excatly affects your FT rakeback.

I've heard that making deposits and withdrawals affects it, and also even spending your FTP, as well as the other bonuses that FT offers like Ironman.

Could someone provide me with a link(or even a quick summary) as I'm sure it exists somewhere on 2+2.

Thanks a bunch.

All the highlighted ones plus:

1. Tournament overlays

FWIW, the Ironman challenge doesn't affect your RB. Clearing the bonus bought with your medals with however.

Thanks.
is it a set price for each deposit or withdrawal or even a percentage of the amount(which would be crazy but this is online poker I guess)

For withdrawals, it's a set amount. Dunno about deposits (never have had to)

bumping this.

I hear the deduction from your MGR if you withdraw via check can be staggering.

I'm wondering could someone tell me what the hit is if you withdraw via Visa or local bank transfer?

Thanks.

I didn't think there was a deduction for withdrawal by checks? Can anyone confirm? If there is one, how much is it?
10-24-2009 , 12:26 PM
~$15 MGR hit for a paper check, regardless of amount
10-26-2009 , 12:01 AM
Oh wtf, I didn't know that, is that with any rakeback provider? I use rakebackpros, it says like payment processing/fees or whatever, but there arent any specifics. Ah well, thats only like $4 per check in actual rakeback, so not too bad, just didn't know.
10-26-2009 , 01:30 AM
Yes. The deductions are the same for all rakeback players regardless which site you sign up through.

Do Visa and Bank transfer withdrawals have the same $15 hit to MGR as the check?

I emailed my affiliate, they told me email FT.

So I emailed FT and they told me email my affiliate.

Standard.

It's just that I like taking out bits here and there rather than one big withdrawal.

i got a question about the FTP's spending one. If i buy an item that is 4k points it says the they take .005 for every point spent so that equals to 20 bucks. Do i lose 20 bucks from rakeback when buying that item or do i lose 20*27% aka 5.4$

You lose the $5.4
The deduciton is from your MGR(Monthly Gross Rake)

Are you sure it's just tournament overlays because I didn't get rakeback last week and asked in the afflilates/rakeback forum if others didn't get it and was told that others had. The only thing I did that could have affected my MGR was playing 1800 ftp satellites where top 3 get 26 tokens. I'm pretty sure the structure of this has no overlay so it seems that all tournaments affect it. Either that or all tournaments are overlay tournaments and I'm not using the term correctly.

Bank wires are a larger MGR hit. $40-$50 / transaction

You spent FTPs; that will hit your RB at $2.43 for every 1800 FTP SNG you played.

This cost make bank wire cashouts useless for me.
Paper checks is not an option either. Too high costs there too.

How much is the MGR hit for neteller?
10-28-2009 , 05:18 PM
This is a joke TBH.

I enter the 1800FTP sat and even without finishing top 3 I take a RB hit? (as in last night A-A < J-8 SOOOOOOOOOOOOTED AIPF)

This is beyond a joke to be honest.

FT and my affliate blame each other then. I want basic figures about the exact MGR hit for various withdrawal methods and neither of them can give me a straight answer? wtf?
I'm waiting to get this month's RB, withdrawing, and moving to a different network/affliate.

When you ask basic, clear questions to both FT and your affliate and they deflect them away then they can both go FO.

You're missing nothing.

I just can't fathom why your RB should take a hit spending your FTP.

Yes, if the MGR hit posted is correct.
Some other sites (For most sites bank wire are free from charges.) charge 50$ for bank wire cashouts so I believe it, but these other sites also clearly state that they charge 50$ for it too...
