I know card runners has a deal for rakeback +holdem manager for full tilt, which is probably best deal i know of.

are there any other sites that offer a similar deal for other sites?

I already have ftp account and cant deposit on new account w/o hassle and it violates terms and services, so i would prefer to avoid it..

That sucks, I went with the cardrunners rakeback as you mentioned. Just borrow a family members identity haha...

I got HEM through pacificpoker deposit the other day when my PT trial ran out. Took about 2 hours playing 6 tables of NL50 to get HEM for free and they gave a free 100 a pacific poker. Not a bad afternoon...
