are you talking about bonus medals or ironman plus medals? what month did you earn them in?

Ironman medals are given monthly, not weekly.

I have not received my one-a-day bonus medals for May yet. I got my Iron Man and bonus medals at the first of the month.

Sorry, it wasn't too obvious to me since you mentioned not getting them last week, whereas you should have received them in the first couple of days of the month. If you haven't got them by now, you should definitely be emailing support. I'm still not sure where 72 hours is coming from, though.
