FT Sign Up bonus in two parts?

After creating a new account a person is only allowed to deposit up to $100 via echeck. The limits will be raised after 7 days of the first deposit. Will the player be allowed to then deposit another $500 to get the rest of the $600 sign up bonus?

i've read before that they do give you the full bonus. You have to email them though and they manually apply it so it might take a few days with their support time

After you deposit for the second time for the rest of the bonus is there a waiting period until you can cashout?
If I deposit today can I cashout tomorrow without affecting my bonus?
