The bonus is released in $10 increments. At SH the bonus is 36% rakeback, at FR it is 60% rakeback so whether you can clear it at 25NL depends on how many tables you play and hours. It certainly isn't impossible. Don't forget to get rakeback too if you have not signed up already.
