Wondering if the info I got from support is correct and if anyone else has had this issue.

Cleared the sign up yesterday, and noticed on BW that VC had a reload, supposedly available, until the end of this month. When I tried depositing it said CC not approved by bank, called bank they show no records of any attempt to charge. So I figure perhaps VC payment system is down. Open up a chat, and in the process of working through what the issue might be the support person tells me that the bonus code is not valid. Now I'm still not sure why the payment was not going through, as I do not need to deposit other then for the reload.

Anyone else have an issue lately with this reload?

Worked fine a couple of days ago.

Fairly normal for support not to know about affiliate exclusive codes.

Turns out it was a CC issue. When I depostied with another CC it worked. Bonus is there.

Lesson learned:

Never believe online support
